When couples decide to attend couples therapy, it is often on the edge between hope and despair. I offer a safe space for couples to explore what it is that is causing the pain in their relationship. There is no judgement, only empathy. Emotional Focused Therapy is a method to allow both people to uncover the true cause of their distress. This counselling is non-directive, but supportive of both. It is a chance for both sides to be heard equally. All gender types and sexual preferences are openly accepted.
