My Approach
At Dolphin Dreaming I offer counselling and psychotherapy to those looking for an accepting and supportive space at a time of challenge or trauma. Through trust and non-judgement, we work together to find ease, acceptance and growth.
Everyone is accepted for who they are and the situation they are in, right in this moment. All genders, sexualities, religions and ethnicities are welcome.
Online or by phone
An IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a range of services and flexible options to my clients. Sessions can be attended online or by phone.
Online sessions are held via video-call using WhatsApp or Zoom.
I also offer written email exchange sessions.
I am qualified and experienced to offer a variety of psychotherapeutic services. I am also bilingual in English and German.
My name is Jessica
I have been guiding clients through counselling and therapy for over more than a decade. I qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Tivoli Institute. All my life, I have followed my genuine curiosity to support people and help them understand better the psychology behind their actions and thoughts. I balance my knowledge and education with my own life experiences to offer guidance and clarity to my clients. An experienced therapist, I remain committed to life-long training in psychotherapy to continue to help my clients to explore and understand the issues they are dealing with everyday.
